Wild Rumpus Supper Club!
The dinner will be situated under the canopy of our beautiful Whirligig woodlands at 7pm on the 26th July.
We have teamed up with local foragers, Fruits of the Forage, to provide an exquisite summertime menu:
– Starter –
Watercress orsotto with pickled wild garlic buds, blue cheese and roasted beetroot
– Main –
Rabbit skewers marinated in hogweed butter milk, nettle flatbreads, hogweed curry chutney, lacto fermented wild herb slaw, green beans and fat hen and new potatoes with wild mint and sorrel
– Dessert –
Wild blossom cheesecake with hogweed shortbread, rowan flower frozen yoghurt and redcurrants
– Tea –
Fresh wild herb tea with sloe and crab apple membrillo
Vegetarian option: Kelp wrapped mushroom
